We drop it before you leave
Delivered chilled on a Tuesday or Thursday to your home or a drop point you choose, in Greater San Diego or Washington, D.C..
Heat it at your next stop
Each plate keeps a week in a cab fridge, longer in a freezer, and heats in a few minutes.
Keeping it in the cab.
- Cab fridge or cooler
- Up to 7 days at 40°F or below
- Freezer
- Up to 30 days
- Microwave or inverter microwave
- Lid off, 4 to 6 minutes
- 12-volt lunch-box heater
- Follow the heater's directions
Eat the fish and seafood plates first. If a cooler loses its ice, anything that has sat above 40°F for more than two hours should go.

Coming back through San Diego or the D.C. area? Order ahead and a fresh box will be waiting at your drop point.

Sign up below with your lanes. We're working out shipped road boxes and want to know where drivers need them first.

$50Let the kitchen choose. A mixed week of five, ten or fifteen plates. Vegetarian or vegan weeks on request.
Signature steak
$16Eight ounces, grilled to order. Sirloin, New York strip or ribeye.
Carne asada plate
$14.95Flank steak in our Carne Asada blend, grilled and sliced, with cilantro-lime rice, pico de gallo and lime.
Bourbon chicken plate
$13.95Grilled chicken thighs in sweet bourbon glaze with white rice and grilled vegetables.
Jerk chicken plate
$12.95Jerk-marinated chicken off the grill with Caribbean rice and peas and sweet plantains.
Chicken breast
$10.95Marinated, then grilled. Pick the style and a side.
Steak and eggs
